This is our new favorite jam!  For those of you unfamiliar, scented geraniums are not the same as the beautiful red plants we call geraniums gracing window boxes throughout the summer.  Scented geraniums are a different species, and they have oil glands at the base of their leaves, which when lightly crushed produce exceptional fragrance and flavor.  This jam is so delicate - it's a perfect combination of summer raspberries and roses - it's an absolute joy on the palate!
